About Clark Business Recovery Limited
The practice was formed in 2007 with a view to becoming the first port of call for accountants, lawyers, business advisers, directors and individuals who are looking for constructive independent insolvency advice either for themselves or for their clients. The firm’s founder and Managing Director, Dave Clark is a license holder and has worked in the Business Recovery and Insolvency profession since 1986. After over 20 years working for several of the larger firms it became apparent that there was a need for constructive independent advice to business owners that was not being adequately met by larger firms. We have developed a team with over 100 years combined insolvency experience with a broad range of skills which enables us to advise clients appropriately. We provide advice to directors and owner managed businesses in relation to their current financial difficulties including but not limited to Company Voluntary Arrangement, Administration, Receivership, Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, Compulsory Liquidation, Members Voluntary Liquidation, Individual Voluntary Arrangement and Bankruptcy.
