Clark Street Capital is a full-service bank advisory and asset disposition firm specializing in loan sales, loan due diligence and valuation, and specialty asset management. Our primary business is the sale of complex loan portfolios and single relationships. The Bank Asset Network ("The BAN") is a proprietary loan sale platform leveraging the largest database of buyers and sellers in the industry, a superior understanding of our portfolios, and a best-in-class sales process. Recently, we launched the Accelerated BAN, which allows us to close loan sales in as little as two weeks! Additionally, we provide due diligence and valuation of loan portfolios, and contract management of loan portfolios. Our clients are predominantly community and regional banks that embrace our customized product offering. On many of our offerings, we complete deals that no other loan sale advisor could entertain. We are proud to be a contractor for the FDIC as well. Our expertise includes all aspects of consumer and commercial loan portfolios, ranging from performing loans sold at a premium to par to portfolios of mixed credit quality. Areas of expertise include loans on Multi-Family, Office, Hospitality, Senior Housing, CRE, as well as 1-4 1st mortgages, HELOCs, indirect auto, RV, and marine loans, and charge offs.
