About Clarkson McLaren Corporate Communications
Clarkson McLaren Corporate Communications Pty Ltd was formed on the 12th of February 2004 and currently employs 12 staff in NSW and sub-contracts an additional staff for work within the field of I.T and internet delivery. Clarkson McLaren Corporate Communications is primarily a re-seller of network services, or what is known as a Service Provider. We buy network services at wholesale rates and bill these services to our clientele at competitive rates. In billing our clientele we become the provider of the services and therefore respond to operational needs such as new services, relocations and of course faults. Due to increases in technology and a tightening of the regulatory framework we have direct access into the systems of our wholesalers and have the same visibility and access as Telstra, thereby ensuring that our clients receive the same response and restoration levels – the difference being that we set and meet our client expectations by responding to and resolving their requirements with a focus on service excellence. Clarkson McLaren utilises a number of different carriers thereby ensuring that we can select the best of breed services for our clientele. In 2007, Clarkson McLaren acquired Aztec Technologies a professional IT services company and Comutek; a business grade ISP with its infrastructure. This acquisition was in-line with the Boards vision of providing a total, end to end solution for our clients. So for any client need to do with their information and communications technology there would be the experience and the professionalism required from just one company, a company committed to providing service excellence in all areas of its business.
