Programmes Foundation Learning: Our flagship programme offers comprehensive training for educators, focusing on understanding and implementing equitable practices in the classroom. Participants gain practical tools and reflective resources to transform their teaching methods. Upcoming Initiatives Embedded Pilot: Starting in September 2024, we will embark on a 4-year project to showcase effective equity practices in schools, answering the question, "Who is doing it right?" Equity-Centred Safeguarding Training: We're completing the NSPCC 6-day safeguarding training. From early 2025, we'll offer comprehensive training to integrate equity into every aspect of school safety.
