About Classic Gathering

Classic Gathering is the culmination of decades of world travel and wonderful life experiences in the food and service industry. I hale from New Zealand and Australia. I journeyed to America decades ago where I opened and operated bars in the Big Easy, with enormous success and wonderful times. Still a huge fan of New Orleans! Hurricane Katrina created some challenges and in the wake of the storm I found myself in another place I have since grown to love, Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Having been in the food and service industry in New Orleans for a significant amount of time, my experiences and expertise easily led me into the catering arena here.
