About Classical Pilates UK
At Classical Pilates we teach students on a one to one basis or small group classes. Classical Pilates tuition is physically and mentally challenging , vigorous and dynamic building strength, empowered breathing and flexibility.We have Classical apparatus at our studios including the Reformer with the tower end of a Cadillac All of the Teacher Training programmes are built on a strong foundation. Every Classical Pilates student teacher, regardless of his/her fitness level or movement experience starts by learning the Foundation and Level1 System. These are the essential exercises that collectively form the core of what Joseph Pilates called "the heart and soul" exercises, also known as the Basic System. Mastering these essential exercises will create a foundation on which to progress to the next level. we do not offer shortcuts in learning, our Teachers provide excellence in Pilates teaching and can work with everyone from the elite athlete to the elderly with osteoporosis.
