Claudio Modola Design is an award winning, boutique Architectural and Interior Design studio specialised in the design of luxury waterfront homes, signature private residences, larger prestigious residential developments and boutique hotels across the Middle East and Africa. As residential designers we understand that a home is the most important place in a person’s life, it signifies security, identity, leisure, status, play and family and we work closely with private clients and their project managers to customise our services and the home around the client’s individual needs and aspirations. As a small team of dedicated professional’s, we take on a limited number of projects at any one time in order that we are able to offer an exclusive, continual and fully immersed approach to each of our projects. Services include: - Standalone pre design research studies, to carefully define the brief, the opportunities and limitations presented by the site, ideal solutions for the project and the longer-term vision for the property. Concept design only – architectural and interior design Fully detailed architectural and interior design consultancy services Comprehensive multi-disciplinary design and project management services in collaboration with our trusted engineering and cost consultancy partners. Unlike many larger commercial design studio’s, we are considered specialists in our niche. 50% of our business is generated from repeat clients and many of our designs have been featured in the likes of Architectural Digest and World of Interiors, a testament we hope to the quality of the bespoke service provided.
