Clay Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for Clay County residents by providing affordable mental health and substance abuse services through a comprehensive community-based approach to care. We are a private, not-for-profit agency located primarily in Clay County, FL providing services to meet the mental health and substance abuse treatment needs of individuals and families. We also have offices located in Duval and Putman Counties to provide specialized services to residents located in those counties. CBHC’s offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 8 PM as well as on Saturdays by appointment at our Main Center. With locations in Middleburg, Green Cove Springs and Keystone Heights, CBHC's other offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM.
