We were founded in 2006 by a husband and wife team. Mindy Clay is the CEO and majority owner. Darrin Clay is the Chief Imagineer. The firm is founded on the principals of our countries 57 founding fathers. Including the one they trusted most. Our business model utilizes key concepts in Thomas L. Friedman’s book “The World is Flat”. As a company we are committed to donating to charity 10% of Revenues, and firmly believe in giving back to the community. At its core Clay-tronics is a Value Added Reseller (VAR). We are authorized reseller for Dell, Microsoft and many hardware and software companies. Our specialty is providing licensed easy to deploy versions of Microsoft products on custom USB devices for the US Government, State and Local Agencies, Businesses and Consumers.
