About ClayMatter

ClayMatter is a business focused on auditing financial models, building financial models and training financial modellers across all industries and professions. We take the best and most experienced modellers and allow them to do better for their clients by giving them the freedom to do what they love, outside the bureaucratic constraints of larger firms. We achieve this by having goal congruence between ourselves and the clients we choose to work with. There is no ‘B’ team, and there are no inexperienced graduates (we do not adopt the classic ‘leverage model’). We only work with experienced professionals to deliver quality work. We work hard, but we are also flexible in the hours (and manner) we work to ensure we can do better for our families. As an organisation, we give 10% of our profits to charity so that we can be better for society.
