About Clean Cut Audio Visual
Who we are: Clean Cut Audio Visual was founded by Bevan Archer who has over 17 years of professional experience in Event Production. Originally born in Southeast Ohio, he started college studying music before deciding to instead pursue a Degree in Technical Theatre. Over time, he decided to focus on Corporate AV. Our background in AV: Bevan graduated from University in 1998, and immediately moved to the Live Entertainment Capital of the World: Las Vegas! While he was there, he worked with everything from Broadway Style Musicals, Headline Concerts, and every size of Corporate Theatre. Over 15 years spent in one of the top three Convention Markets in the world, he worked with different aspects of some of the largest Conventions ever seen. As a result, Bevan has worked with some of the best Companies and People in the industry, and he keeps ALL their numbers. Some refer to us as "AV guys", but those with experience know that there's so much more to running a successful show than just setting up the gear. You have to know what the client's purpose is for the event, and who their target audience is. Once you do, you can help them maximize their meeting to deliver the right message. Sometimes, just knowing what song should be playing when the audience walks in can set the tone for the session. Other times, they might want help with key phrasing in their presentation. Just by providing a sounding board, a good Technician can use their expertise and experience to deliver the desired result. Currently, our focus is on providing Project Management and Technical Direction for Audio Visual Services in Breakout Rooms as well as AV Technicians for larger General Sessions. Additionally, we always work under contract to other Production Companies which means we have no desire to seek out end clients. When need be, we can also provide Equipment Rentals via vendors we have grown to know and trust. Please reach out about any of your upcoming events!
