Clean Eatz Cafe - Meal Prep Company & Fast-Casual Dine-in/Carryout Restaurant Our mission statement: “We’re actively CHANGING LIVEZ making it easier to live a healthy lifestyle.” At Clean Eatz, our meals offer a balanced macronutrient breakdown, always falling in the recommended ranges of carbohydrates, fat, and protein. We weigh every ingredient and focus on appropriate portion sizes – but we don’t remove all the things you love! We don't use butter, oil, or grease. We use our own seasonings and sauces that are full of flavor. We have no “off limits” foods – just a convenient, affordable, and delicious way to ensure “It’s not a Diet – it’s a Lifestyle!” We offer delicious and affordable options for our customers. Our dine-in cafe menu includes burgers, wraps, flatbreads, build your own bowls, smoothies, sweets and more. We also provide a weekly meal plan service, with a new menu going live on the website every Tuesday. You simply place your online order, pick up your meals at the cafe when it's convenient for you (Sun-Tue), take them home, and then just heat and eat. In addition to our café menu and meal plans, healthy food options in our cafe include our Grab ‘N’ Go frozen meals, protein smoothies & iced coffee, healthy snacks, and catering for all occasions. By providing healthy food options to the Greater Cincinnati area, as well as offering education and support, we hope to change livez in our community.
