CleanGen leverages its substantial industry experience to consult on and develop projects that help to economically produce, transport and utilize hydrocarbons, while also achieving minimum emissions for the process. Recent example project areas have included: Hydrocarbon Production and Compression Facilities energy optimization, Thermal Enhanced Oil Recovery with reduced carbon footprint, CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery from existing fields utilizing traditional and innovative sources of CO2, various energy applications using non-conventional gases CleanGen LLC is in strategic alliance with long-established worldwide EPCm firm HCS Group Inc. HCS Group is also based in Houston, has additional offices in Beijing, and is the primary supplier of EPCm services for CleanGen projects. Most management and staff of the CleanGen-HCS team each have over 20 years of worldwide commercial/technical experience in developing, financing and constructing these energy projects. Our team has led and participated in well over 100 relevant projects worldwide. Commercially, our approach is to identify projects which are economically viable based on known market conditions and technology, but which also better position project investors and site owners for value upside (or avoidance of future liabilities) associated with emerging green policies. We are flexible on the types of commercial arrangements with the host site, ranging from zero host investment in the project up to 100% host investment.
