Established in Chile in 2019 by founders Camila Svec and Jordan Butler, CleanLight is a pioneering startup focused on harnessing the power of solar energy for both the mining and construction industries, among others. We began our journey by introducing the industry's first reliable mobile solar illumination towers, revolutionizing the way mining operations are illuminated. Our trajectory is a testament to our commitment and the efficacy of our solutions. Within a year of our inception, we reported sales of 690 million Chilean pesos. By 2020, our figures surged to 1.6 billion pesos, and by 2021, it reached a remarkable 3.2 billion pesos, maintaining this momentum into 2022. One of our standout products, the SOLBOX, is a residential solar generator designed to make solar energy more accessible, user-friendly, and clean for everyday users. It embodies our vision of bringing solar energy solutions not just to industries but also to individual households. A significant factor in our growth journey was the investment received in 2021 from the Guerrero family, owners of RENTAMAQ, amounting to 3.2 billion pesos. As we continue to evolve, we're on the cusp of securing a crucial $3 million financing deal with Re Royalties, which will be instrumental in our international expansion efforts, targeting markets in Colombia, Peru, and the United States. CleanLight's primary product, the mobile solar illumination towers, has managed to carve out a significant market share, challenging traditional diesel-based towers. Our presence resonates strongly in most major mining operations in Chile. As we step onto U.S. soil, our mission remains clear: to promote sustainable, clean, and efficient solar solutions tailored for both industries and individual users, driving a greener future for all.
