CleanUp Arizona began with a vision of Jamie Villegas where students and adults can have the awareness of the growing problem of litter and the enormous need to keep Arizona clean. Mr. Prickly™ & Señor Recycle™, the community mascots encourage recycling management, education to the adult public, and children's community beautification awareness.
