Clear Financial is a debt relief company with a team of Professional Negotiators. We provide debt settlement, cash flow analysis, and debt management. Clear Financial is a for-profit, private company and is not affiliated with the credit bureaus or the credit industry. Thereby, we offer unbiased and independent services to consumers, and prudent strategies for resolving debt problems and saving a substantial amount of money on the total debt you owe (called the “principal”), not just the interest. Our services are always tailored to your unique needs. We are NOT a credit counseling service. The Credit Counseling Services usually work for the creditors – the banks and credit card companies – and earn a percentage of what you pay to your creditors. Using the Credit Counseling Services means you will be paying at least 150% (1 and ½ times) to 200% (2 times) of your credit card debt through your monthly payments to them. This often results in a lowered credit score (because you are using the credit counseling service) and still long years of payments to try and get out of debt. What’s our difference? We work for YOU, not the banks or the creditors. We work with your affordable budget, which can be less than if you were paying the creditors directly. In addition, we are different from most other debt settlement companies in the US, in that we offer our clients a Performance-Based Model. That means we don’t earn our settlement fee until we have settled your debt. The majority of debt settlement companies collect their fees before even doing any work for their clients. We give you debt relief without borrowing money, filing for bankruptcy or liquidating any assets. We negotiate with your creditors to establish an amount that you CAN afford through our debt elimination process.
