Clear Path Care's primary aim is to provide children in care with an environment that can be as close to a regular family home as possible. We seek to treat each child as a unique individual who is valued, worthy of trust and deserving of a chance to develop in our care. At Clear Path Care Ltd, our vision is to create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our aim is to ensure that all of the children with us feel stable, cared for and supported. Our focus is on developing and maintaining the support networks for the young person to promote their independence whereby they feel happy and fulfilled. Clear path care is very conscious that children belong at home with family and wider family, where this is possible. We are keen to work with the team around the child to support a safe return home or to independence where this is in their best interests and inline with their wishes and feelings. Willow house wants to give the children that live with us every opportunity to explore their interests and to identify their own path for the future. We will support, encourage and offer opportunities for all the children who live with us to assist them in reaching their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease. We aim to provide a settled period of residential care with a therapeutic emphasis and multi-agency involvement, to help children recover from experiences which have rendered them vulnerable and consequently disrupted their primary relationships. Based within the community, our residential service is designed to improve children’s life chances and outcomes, by enabling them to (re)build relationships with staff, their families/friends and to achieve a stable living situation.
