At Clearview With FJ we provide holistic and integrated consultancy and coaching services that support teenagers and young adults with every vital stage of life, as well as assisting corporates with HR transformation and employee engagement programmes. By having this blended approach means we are always keeping our finger on the pulse what’s happening in the corporate, university and school life. In 2015, FJ moved to the Middle East and accepted a position heading up the group executive recruitment division for one of the leading Arab families. She also set up a consultancy coaching young adults within schools across the UAE. With over 20 years' experience in the HR and recruitment industry, FJ has mastered the skill of behavioural profiling. Her experience and exposure to date has repeatedly demonstrated that our career decisions are largely based on our experiences as children. For this reason, when working with students and young adults, FJ's emphasis is on their environment, focusing on their individual desires, fears, peers, siblings and family in order to truly understand their triggers, challenges and fears.
