Enquiries are welcome from Architects, Structural Engineers, Design Consultants, Discerning Clients and Project Leads, where Excellence and Zero Defects, are as important as costs. Specialising in resolving inherent problems, specifying remedial works, and overseeing defects liability we also undertake Property Condition Surveys and Dilapidation Schedules, identifying essential repairs. Established in July 2016 Sue and Stan commenced trading in April 2017 and have steadily built a solid reputation within a local business group where quality work referrals are a testament to Stan’s ability to resolve building related, property upkeep difficulties and manage inefficient maintenance. Available for Short Term assignments, interim Contract Management, or one-off Site Inspections.
