C.T.I. is a Workforce Development Institute. Our Workforce Development Program attempts to enhance our region's economic stability and prosperity by focusing on people & businesses. C.T.I. Work-Force Development program is an evolving engine starting from a problem-focused approach, addressing issues such as low-skilled workers or the need for more employees in a particular industry, to a holistic approach considering participants' many barriers and the overall needs of the region. C.T.I.’s Work-Force Development Program has adopted both historical methods to reach a wholeness in our communities, Regions, states, & nation. These methods occurred in two forms: place-based strategies that attempt to address the needs of people living in a particular neighborhood, and sector-based strategies that focus on matching workers' skills to needs in an industry already present in the region. C.T.I.'s Workforce Program is dedicated to working with business, city officials, & residents all over to help improve the lack of skill set & work morale in the industries in our cities. Our goal is to help rehabilitate/improve the skill set in the labor pool across the nations while indirectly helping to increase the quality and performance of companies to the general public. It is also our goal to bring morale back to the work industry and create what we call “The Work Honor Mentality”.
