About Climate Lab

We run an intimate, expert membership, designed to help climate founders and leaders to transform their climate mission into impactful action, to accelerate their progress. Our membership is a partnership between Claire Osborne and Megan Fraser, experienced climate coaches with 4000+ hours and 15 years of combined experience coaching, facilitating, and training climate founders and leaders. We launched our first membership pilot in April 2024, and it was fully subscribed in four days. The feedback was incredible and humbling (check out our Website URL for testimonials). We launched our second membership in August 2024. Doors are now open for a small group of beta testers to get in on the ground floor and help create a membership tailored to your needs.
