Headquartered in Charleston, SC, the company was an industry leader in heating, air conditioning and ventilation. In 1956 John Bailey created the Climatic Corporation from that business, establishing Climatic Comfort Products as the independent distributor of air conditioning equipment and parts in South Carolina. Over the next several decades, Climatic Comfort Products not only expanded and grew, it became an expert in dealer support, programs, rewards and relationships. A company that originated from a contracting business, the Climatic family understood that success was beyond the sale of the equipment. Today, Climatic Comfort Products sells the award-winning American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning product line in Alabama, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle.
