Clinemetrica is brought to you by the faculty and staff at the McGill Comprehensive Health Improvement Program (CHIP). We have been developing validated disease simulation models and “evidenced based” health improvement programs for over 20 years. Providing health promotion services that have been proven to be effective is something we take very seriously. When we first started using disease simulation models to guide individuals to make healthy lifestyle changes, our health professionals provided wellness services to less than 100 people the first year. These face to face programs have grown continually each year and we have now helped over 20,000 individuals in Canada, the United States, Europe, and South America. Our extensive “hands-on” experience also provides the critical foundations for our virtual, web-based programs. During only the past four years, the myhealthcheckup health portal has been used daily by health professionals worldwide including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, nutritionists, and kinesiologists. We have helped over 50,000 individuals become healthier in over 132 countries/territories. Our users also include hospitals, community pharmacies, insurance companies, and government agencies at the local and national level. Our health solutions are endorsed by national treatment guidelines and used by the Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Medical Association and the Canadian Department of National Defense.
