About Clinical Research Billing, Inc

We support clinical research sites with CTMS management and billing services. Our objective is to help our clients grow by supporting them with financial expertise and systems experience to increase site revenue and cash flow. We get paid when the site gets paid. Keith Karsten is the Chief Operating Officer. He has 15 years of experience in clinical research and extensive knowledge of investigator budgets from working within a site network and making Investigator Payments to Sites. Kristi Etchberger is co-founder of Clinical Research Billing. She brings a Wharton MBA, corporate finance experience and ten years of site financial and CTMS management. She is the Director of our CRIO team. Steve Hill is the Director of our Clinical Conductor team. He has been with Clinical Research Billing for six years and previously worked for Bio-Optronics, the developer of Clinical Conductor. Misty Waters and Olga Logan lead our large RealTime team. This active and growing team supports our sites using RealTime CTMS for invoicing, follow-ups, reconciling, and reporting. Stace Baumgarten is our Director of Reporting. She has extensive experience in clinical research financials and works across all systems to prepare reports for clients and internal reports for our oversight. Internal oversight is a feature of our service that relieves the stress of site owners and directors from managing the details of billing and site revenue reporting.
