Clinovate operates and develops medical web applications in the research areas of clinical trials and real-world data. For clinical trials we offer our clinical trial management system cvEDC. Users can comfortably complete all steps of the clinical trial via the application. Together in a team they can create the study documents in the Electronic Trial Master File and plan the study. Forms and procedures can be created online with our award-winning FormEditor. Advanced validation ensures regulatory compliance. Enhancements include multi-language capability, automated monitoring, invoicing, automated AE/SAE reporting, standard reports, patient questionnaire modules, patient reported outcomes, query management, randomization, and integration with external dictionaries such as ICD10/11, WHO List of Medications, MedDra coding, and many more. We operate our own Identity Server, which allows our customers to seamlessly use all of our services. For example, study planning can start with our feasibility tool and document generation in the overarching ETMF. The automated recruitment process provides all data on the best performing centers to support decision making. In parallel, the study is built in the test environment and published after successful validation. The Real Word Data Tool provides data for patient recruitment and evaluation in research projects and clinical trials. Clinovate is ISO27001 certified and all software meets all regulatory requirements. Numerous audits have been successfully passed.
