Condition Surveys We offer complete condition surveys for developers and letting agencies to establish its maintenance and repair condition at that time, providing details of its current state. We anticipate problems and work to resolve issues before they arise. Drone Surveys With technology evolving, we are qualified to undertake drone surveys. We are fully insured and hold a PfCO licence with ‘Civil Aviation Authority’ approval for commercial operations. This allows us with both our building surveying knowledge and ‘Small Unmanned Aircraft’ operations not only to fly missions to capture data but also interpret and provide recommendations of the actual condition. Our drone provides live streaming to our ground station allowing clients to view areas of interest in real time, also providing a copy for their files. This helps our clients cover difficult to access areas quickly and efficiently without the requirement to hire expensive access equipment with less risk to operatives working at height. Loss Adjusting Working on an independent basis, we deal with the overflow of building insurance claims for major Loss adjusting companies, specialising in Flood, Fire, Impact Damage and building subsidence. We can provide independent cost validation to the insurers, other Loss Adjusters and Brokers understanding the claims process, policy and liability constraints, enabling us to provide accurate validation of the insured peril with realistic cost of repair, whilst managing policy holder’s expectations. Onsite Project Management We issue surveying reports and project managing remedial works to several newly constructed housing developments, liaising with residents and resident committees, organising labour and inspecting completed works.
