Clogworks Technologies Limited is based in Yorkshire (UK) and has in-house expertise to design and manufacture carbon fibre unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). We specialise in delivering high precision engineered aerial drones to companies involved in industrial, security and commercial applications, with special focus on operation in complex scenarios. The company was born from a life-long passion for remote aircraft, motorsports and software programming in the video games industry from its founder that evolved into the desire to create a UAV brand that would allow professionals to rely on only the very best solutions to deliver ultimate performance. Both directors have years of experience in research & development and new product development in different fields: software, manufacturing and materials science. This expertise was drawn upon in the development of various multi-rotor platforms of different capabilities and is constantly used to develop our products' pipeline. Our flagship multirotor is the "hX", first of our Dark Matter range, a best-in-class hexacopter launched in 2016 with payload capacity of 6kg. It has since been joined by the Dark Matter qD in 2019, our modular quadcopter. Both systems can be flown on and off-tether and have been upgraded to Gen 2 in 2022, benefitting from more safety features and years of successful operation in the field.
