Design & Organization of your Wardrobe & Closets Debra can design a complete build-out with your architect or interior designer or devise a plan for the existing structure with you. Debra can organize any existing clutter into a complete system with the resource of your choice. This can include everything from contemporary steel grid stystems or highly detailed and unique systems that function like furniture. Resources and needs are always considered for your truly custom closet. Consultation Debra will spend an hour or so doing a “needs assessment” with you. There will be a conversation about your organizational issues. What’s your biggest frustration? What makes you the most anxious? Do you need a simple organizational tweak or someone to collaborate with your architect and interior designer? Do you need ways to fight mold and mildew for your humidity sensitive collections? Environmental concerns?... Wardrobe “Reckoning” Debra will work with you to inventory garments and accessorize. She’ll help you decide what to keep, what to mend and what could be asked to leave. The goal is to make your closet user friendly, resulting in a refreshed and orderly wardrobe you can really “see”. Image Enhancement Basically, these are coaching sessions with one of the city’s leading fashion designers — someone who has spent her whole career teaching women and men how to express who they are through the clothes they wear. Working together, Debra will teach you a shopping formula and evaluate your style, showing you textures, fabrics and shapes to compliment the real you.
