CLT Recruiters is a specialized talent search firm focused on the construction industry in the New York City area. Founded in 2014, CLT Recruiters focuses on a niche segment within the construction sector in the tri-state area. The largest part of our client-base are general contractors and real estate developers who manage impeccable high-end residential renovations and design-build projects. The candidates that we place on a regular basis are assistant project managers, project managers, site supervisors, and estimators who have experience working in the luxury residential construction market. While these are the roles we are always hiring for, we place candidates in various roles that support the function developers and contractors. Our placement success has earned us word-of-mouth referrals which has expanded our client network to commercial contractors and skilled subcontractors who generally work in level 4-5 finishes.
