Clyde Design Partnership Ltd. was formed in May 1986 to provide an integrated and non-adversarial approach to construction procurement, a radical idea at the time but now widely accepted as the concept of partnering. The practice now focuses entirely on Civil and Structural Engineering projects with 90% of our works carried out on behalf of Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Philosophy : To ensure repeat business and referral by providing a thoroughly professional, value for money service with director involvement guaranteed from inception to completion. Services: CDP Engineers provides a full range of civil and structural engineering services, complemented by CDM role where specifically requested by Clients. Quality Assurance: CDP Engineers is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001. Environmental Policy: CDP operates an office environmental policy accredited to BS EN ISO 14001. This is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management, and ensures that we understand and respond to how our operations impact on the environment. Experience: CDP Engineers has been commissioned for a large variety of projects since its inception in 1986. We have worked on projects varying in size from one hundred thousand pounds to over thirty five million pounds. Project types have included housing rehabilitation and restoration of listed buildings, newbuild housing, residential care facilities, leisure and recreation facilities, environmental works, offices, retail outlets, warehouses, health and welfare facilities, computer rooms, hotels and restaurants, industrial heritage museum, data and communications installations and sewage treatment works.
