Our History C.M.A. ("Construction of Machines and Equipment") was founded in 1968. Over the years, we have consistently led the way in machine tools and automation sectors, forging solid partnerships with significant domestic and international companies. Mission We provide a wide range of products and services, including: - Special machine tools for machining metals, plastics and other materials - Workpiece gripping equipment for machining centres, lathes and grinding machines - Leak test benches - Lifting and tilting equipment - Gauges and jigs for the aerospace industry - Production of precision mechanical parts We offer innovative technological solutions that enable companies to optimise their production processes. We are committed to building strong customer relationships, offering personalised support and the best technical solutions. Design We offer turnkey solutions for the industrialisation and automation of production processes. By making: - Study and design for turnkey projects - Structural calculations and kinematic simulation - Development of technical documentation and C.E. marking Production/Testing through three departments: - Mechanical machining: machining centres, lathes, E.D.M., multitasking, grinding and boring machines. We put the expertise and experience of our operators and technicians at the disposal of our customers to produce precision mechanical parts in small batches and particular pieces. - Assembly: we assemble complex machines. - Testing: to guarantee production quality and to certify its products, at CMA tec, we have metrology rooms with three-dimensional machines, altimeters, profile projectors, hardness testers and roughness testers. Service/after-sales We provide after-sales and post-warranty service with a competent, fast and comprehensive service.
