CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (“CMBC Capital”, stock code: 1141.HK) is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first overseas listed financial holding platform of CMBC International Holdings Limited ("CMBC International"), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited (“Minsheng Bank”). It is the second Chinese-funded investment bank successfully listed in the Hong Kong market, with CMBC International holding over 60% of its equity.
