CMC Properties began in the mid-1960's, in the apartment development business. While CMC's roots are in residential development, in time we began building a unique office product which users have dubbed "The Perfect Small Office." From day one, the company recognized that to provide the best services we need to have an energetic, appreciated, and well-trained work force. In 2002, CMC was honored by the Better Business Bureau with its First Annual International Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
