CMG Technologies (previously trading as Egide UK) is an internationally renowned specialist in Metal Injection Moulding (MIM), providing injection moulded components to the medical, aerospace and industrial sectors for over 14 years. Our expert team of senior engineers have over 25 years’ experience in industry and are able to facilitate the entire MIM process in house - from tool design and build, to compounding the feedstock, through to the final sintering stage. This tight control at all stages ensures components are produced to a consistent quality and in line with the full accreditation ISO9001:2015. In summary, MIM combines the design freedom and ease of plastic injection moulding with the performance of metal, to produce complex, tightly toleranced, high density metal components. As an innovative company, CMG Technologies consistently develops the metal injection moulding process and collaborates with a number of industrial partners and universities to further expand its level of knowledge. Current projects include development of new materials and miniaturisation.
