Established in 2002, CMI is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice providing the professional design and architectural services across a range of sectors. The CMI Architectures team consists of Architects, Architectural Assistants and Technicians/ Technologists. The company’s practical, proactive and personal approach, enables us to provide innovative solutions to Client’s requirements across many sectors. CMIA specialises in offering its clients’ personalised professional management services and solutions on projects from conception to completion covering all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. Bringing together development and management experience, encompassing a wide range of sectors which enables the company to offer a range of services including: architecture, interior design, project management, construction management, and Principal Designer services. This is underpinned by a wide range of supporting skills including, CAD (AutoCAD), BIM (Revit), visualisation both using sketch up and realistic 3D rendering tools. At CMIA, we pride ourselves on a philosophy of integrated design, open communication and working practices, combined with close attention to cost management. Our client base is a diverse spectrum that includes commercial and residential developers; local authorities; housing associations; national institutes; privately funded educational facilities, charitable trusts, as well as private clients in the air traffic, automotive, chemical, engineering, financial, food, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Through our short lines of communication and strategically located offices in Milton Keynes and London, we are well placed to service our broad range of clients up and down the United Kingdom as well as internationally.
