And we provided servicing and consulting for distressed asset portfolios owned by Fortune 500 firms including GE, GMAC, Countrywide, and Capital One. In the last several years, we began to work for Borrowers, Buyers, and Capital Sources in obtaining mortgage restructures, refinancing, recapitalizations, and structured Purchase / Sale transactions for our clients. A large part of our business takes place in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) arena. As a result, we work with all of the major Special Servicers. CMS is an active participant in working with Tenant in Common ownership groups nationwide in all asset classes. This market segment provides unique opportunities for debt, equity, and purchase investments in properties ranging in price from $3MM to over $150MM. CMS is a boutique firm that provides Mortgage Restructuring, Modifications, Recapitalizations, Structured Sale Transactions, and Management of Legal Initiatives for Commercial Real Estate owners. We perform these activities with a robust network of capital sources, real estate service firms, tax consultants and attorneys in our engagements.
