CMTD Services is a 501(c)(3) public charity that helps protect nonprofit organizations and charity fundraisers from predatory fundraising contracts, exploitative employment arrangements and abusive working conditions. More specifically, CMTD Services is intended to primarily provide 3 charitable services that directly benefit 3rd party 501(c)(3) recognized organizations, employees of charities or companies that provide professional fundraising services for non-profit entities, and also benefits the federal government and general public by proxy. Those services are... (1) free of charge contract provisioning services to any 501(c)(3) entity to ensure that professional fundraising contracts they are engaging in or preparing to engage in provide them an arrangement that is (a) non-predatory, (b) low-risk for enabling fraud or misrepresentation, (c) fair given the market for professional fundraising or business co-ventures, (d) designed to protect fundraising professionals representing their charity from abuse, exploitation, or exemption from protections under the Wages and Fair Labor Standards Act, and (e) not in violation of any law or likely to become in violation of any law, (2) free of charge consultation to marketing and fundraising employees engaged in professional fundraising on behalf of a charity or for profit company to ensure employment contracts for positions they are either agreed to and working under, or are considering agreeing to, are not designed for, or allowing of, abuse, exploitation, or causing exemption of their labor from protection under the Wages and Fair Labor Standards Act, (3) collaborative work with 3rd-party non-profit organizations to help design, test, and pilot working contractual fundraising arrangements that exhibit an increasingly more ideal execution of protections afforded through it's first two initiatives and making the structures, processes, principles, methods, results, and data publicly available at no cost,
