Specialist Services – Co-Creating Balance provides specialist support & advice that is professional, objective & practical, with a value that lasts much longer than the end of the assignment. We are highly experienced in working with the NHS and have carried out a range of Programme Management & service/governance reviews, making recommendations to improve the service. We work autonomously whilst at the same time keeping clients informed of progress and ensuring that they have input into development of the project. We provide a ‘whole systems change’ approach rather than taking a service in isolation. Organisations work with us because we are “doers” with a “clear focus on results”. We strike the right balance between getting on with things and checking back/sounding out as needed. We are also prepared to challenge assumptions from teams about why they do what they do. Coaching and Training - At Co-Creating Balance we concentrate on whatever your specific requirement may be, whether it is achieving targets, team objectives or personal career goals. We offer a range of individual and small group coaching, team building facilitation and leadership skills training – whatever is going to be right for you. Training and Workshops – Co-Creating Balance are highly adept in running training seminars for team leaders and change management training, particularly in supporting individuals and teams through stressful times.
