Through a variety of methods, we create opportunities and spaces where those most systemically dismissed and marginalized can speak up and be heard without being further harmed, and leadership is supported so they can not only hear what their staff is experiencing but also have tools for processing and responding with concrete actions, behavior changes, redesigned policies and procedures, and a shift in culture that benefits everyone. We are the bridge. We are facilitators and mediators and translators. It's not about some people giving things up so others can gain. It's about getting enough people aligned and on the same page in order to create a shift in culture by dismantling systems of oppression that harm some more than others but ultimately harm us all.
