After 16 years and 300 different formulas we have finally received our patent on water dissolvable ceramic based Frac Balls, Frac Plugs and Frac Buttons. Our different formulas can be made for quick dissolve from as little as 15 minutes, to the extended resolve of up to 40 hours. The balls, plugs and buttons are fully dissolvable in as little as 8 quarts of 100% water, saltwater or other frac fluids. We can manufacture these products to withstand pressure up to 16,000 PSI. Unlike other dissolvable products on the market place, our ceramic application has been engineered to dissolve at various well temperatures and precise dissolve rates and times. As far as we know we are the only company in the world that has created the Dissolvable Frac Plug Buttons. If companies are still drilling out or having to inject acid down hole after the balls and plugs go down, their system components are not fully dissolvable. We are currently looking to sell the patent on our fully dissolvable formulas for the balls, plugs and buttons which will eliminate system drill out(s). We are bringing our new technology to market that is a coating system that creates a protective thin ceramic shell around local frac sands to meet API RP 19C Standards. This reduces the costs and time when importing sands. This application will allow gas and oil to flow through the wells easier, allows other chemistry's, lubricants and additives to be used in the process to improve compression strength, roundness and sphericity. This environmentally safe ceramic grout coating eliminates the dust, by binding the dust fines to your well pads and road aggregates. Eliminating airborne particulate dust makes the site safer for your employees, saves on labor and maintenance costs and helps meet safety in regards to OSHA requirements.
