CO2e1 Capital Limited (“CO2e”) is a boutique investment bank specializing in renewable energy project financing, carbon credit markets and associated advisory services. CO2e derives its revenues from client service fees as well as returns on direct participation in client projects (merchant banking) and emissions credits brokerage activities. CO2e leverages understanding, experience and working relationships “on the ground” that its partners have built up over the years with independent power producers and project developers in the renewable and alternative energy markets.
