Coach Pete - CP Baseball Performance/NSOB (est. Sept 2014) I usee most modern, genuine, authentic, scientific & successful methods in the industry to make the players the best player they can be. Main focus is Body Speed in hip rotation. The faster the body goes in rotation the more power you create. The faster the body goes, the further your stride. The further you stride the harder you throw. Scientific FACT. The faster the body goes in hip rotation in your hitting mechanics, the faster the bat speed. The faster the bat speed the more power you create. Follow the SCIENCE. "Educate, Demonstrate, Motivate, Create" Our methods are science based & proven to work. These methods are taught at the highest levels including MLB, MiLB & College. I have over 40+ years of baseball coaching & teaching experience. I believe in continued education and certifications in coaching — our accreditation will continue to grow as we grow as a company. I have given lessons and instruction to over 1,000 baseball & softball students; 85+ teams and several organizations. As of June 2024, 24 of our students have received scholarships, with more to come. What we do works. In 2019 we started Venom Baseball of Illinois. Our travel baseball teams. Each year we grow and our reputation for top level training & hard work yielding success is becoming well known. These teams were cresated strictly based on demand. That demand is the lack of effective & long lasting instruction from other travel organizations not giving the players a chance to get better and compete at high levels. We currently have 12U through 17U baseball teams (2025) Venom Motto: Venom Motto: "The improvement, growth, development & welfare of our players is our #1l priority" The players come first. The NSOBS trains Venom. Everything that company stands for is applied to the Venom. We are a huge propenent of women coaches & instructors, as well as young lady players! It is great for the game & our organizations.
