About Coach's Oats
Coach's Oats was invented by Lynn Rogers, the women's gymnastics coach at California State University, Fullerton for 24 years. He led the Titans to seven Regional Championships, a National Championship and 66 All American Awards. Coach Rogers recognized the importance of eating a healthy bowl of oatmeal for breakfast but disliked the mushy texture. Going back to the basics to fix the problem, he started buying whole grain oats (called "Groats") and experimenting in the kitchen. Over time, Coach Rogers developed a Cracked n' Toasted process that was so unique he patented it in the United States.This special process draws out the natural sugars and coasts the oats so they don't become pasty when cooked. The result is a whole grain oatmeal that is nuttiest and rich with flavor. Try some today and you'll see why se say, "you've never tasted oatmeal this good!"
