Coaching Aging Adults provides education, training and coaching for older adults who are working on creating the best and most productive, joyful life they can have as they grow into their older years. They have finally raised their children. They have had multiple experiences in their lives, both good and challenging. Many have reached their goals as a mother, father, co-worker, entraprenuer, or have possibly retired either through choice or through circumstance. They are thinking about planning for their next phase of life and looking forward to their next stage and are unsure what might be ahead. They are trying to figure out what their purpose might be and how they might spend their time. They may be bored, or feeling lonely. They need some help moving forward with guidance. That is where Coaching Aging Adults come in. We work to help people think about and plan their next stage, whether it be another career, or job or volunteer or being the best grandparent. What a great stage of life this can be.....with guidance. We work with individuals through a guidance and coaching model to help older adults figure out and plan the next stage of life without the encumberances of raising children. Are you looking for love or companionship, new friends, new opportunities? This is a safe place to guide you and hold you accountable as you explore your future. Services include retirement and life coaching individually, and in a group. Opportunities for online courses and workshops are currently being created to help you begin to think about and plan about this next stage proactively.
