Every issue is packed with coaching and mentoring news and features, case studies, opinion from leading thinkers, humour, and research. We carry out our own research, sometimes joining forces with the main professional bodies including the Association for Coaching, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Coach Federation. Past survey topics have included ageism, meaning and purpose, making a difference and hot topics for the coming year. …a bridge and a gateway. We see ourselves as a bridge between the many areas of the coaching and mentoring community, offering a one-stop-shop for key information and acting as gateway to further information. …going from strength to strength. Following our recent management buy-out, we are now independent although we have the support of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, as well as of the other main coaching and mentoring professional bodies- the Association for Coaching, the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision, the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the International Coach Federation and the Society for Coaching Psychology- all of which have representatives on the magazine’s editorial advisory board.
