Individual Coaching Every person who sits in your chair deals with thorny business and/or personal issues. It is often a lonely seat, and figuring out how to move through the next several levels of success, company culture, or solve HR or people-related issues is daunting. It’s often a “can’t see the forest for the trees” perspective. Throw in a few self-limiting beliefs and conditioned negative perspectives for good measure, and it is paralyzing. Our collaboration allows you the space and time to think through how to achieve the goal or put a plan together to resolve the issues by looking at the whole forest from above, with fresh eyes and an unlocked and unblocked head. Group Coaching Unless you are a solo practitioner you rely on your team, particularly the leadership group. Is your company one big tent or stand-alone silos underneath the tent? Is internal communication what you think it should be; are people working to their individual silo goals or your goals? What are the friction points? How do you get everyone playing together nicely inside the sandbox?
