Mary Dillon founded Coaching Huddle to provide personalized coaching services and partner with individuals, managers, executives, teams, and businesses to make their goals a reality. The concept of a “huddle” can be a quick connection to put heads together to identify clear next steps, or a series of meetings to determine an overarching strategy with defined execution plans. It involves as few as two people and as many as…well, there is no limit on size. A huddle is a gathering of people coming together to achieve a common goal. Coaching Huddle is backed by rigorous training from the Hudson Institute, as well as over 20 years direct experience working in technology companies ranging from start ups to Fortune 100s to non-profit Boards. Through it all, Mary has witnessed and learned a great deal about people, organizations, when they thrive and what obstacles are often in the way - and most importantly, how to get around those obstacles. Her flair is being able to immediately listen, connect and identify what someone is up against, then quickly getting actionable strategies and plans to achieve goals. Throughout your engagement, Mary will tap into you or your team’s potential and unearth renewed confidence and tactics to help you thrive. She has done this for colleagues, teams, and clients working at Square (Block, Inc), Intel, Nike, PWC, SnapChat, Meta, Robinhood, Fidelity, Kaiser Permanente, several startups and non-profits including The Children’s Course / First Tee of Greater Portland and Friends of the Children.
