About Coaching On the Go
We are re-defining leadership for today’s challenges, as we believe that everyone is a leader, and we all have the ability to coach. Introducing the COTG GIZMO - the most comprehensive coaching skills toolkit specifically for leaders. As widely recognised in academic literature, the ability of leaders to use coaching skills effectively in their everyday work is fundamental to their success and entirely different to professional coaching. Our focus is on leaders-who-coach, and our tools allow users to identify how their coaching skills show up and how their skill levels compare to others. With 15 separate coaching dimensions, the COTG Skills Report provides a selection of tips and techniques for leaders to improve all these skills with a focus on the top three. We also provide a view of the organisational culture and how this might affect the impact of improving leaders’ coaching skills. Our approach is different from traditional coaching tools, as we recognize that the use of coaching skills by leaders is fluid and dynamic.
