Founded in 1985, CCHC is a network of 17 diverse community health centers. Our clinics include community sponsored clinics, Federally-Qualified Health Centers, and teaching institutions. Together, our member clinics serve nearly 90,000 patients each year. The mission of the Coalition of Community Health Clinics is to improve healthcare for vulnerable populations residing in the Portland-metro area.
