Mosaic bistro/market has changed its name to Coastal bistro & bar We have completed making some modest renovations and are changing our menu to expand our seafood selection while also keeping many of the Mosaic Bistro favorites. Owner Ellen Schmitz and her brother Frank Schmitz are excited to bring the coast to St. Louis with all its culinary excitement.
